End User License Agreement and Usage Restrictions

This agreement is made between you, the user, and ProbeSync Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "ProbeSync", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your use of our software, firmware, and services.

Important Legal Notice: By downloading, installing, or using any software, API, or firmware provided by ProbeSync, you are expressly agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. License Grant and Authorized Hardware

ProbeSync grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with these Terms.

The Software must ONLY be used in conjunction with verified, authentic hardware devices manufactured and sold directly by ProbeSync. Use of this software with third-party hardware modules, counterfeit devices, or custom hardware emulators is strictly prohibited and constitutes an immediate breach of this agreement.

2. Strict Anti-Reverse Engineering Clause

This software is a proprietary asset of ProbeSync. You explicitly agree that you will not, nor will you assist or permit any third party to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, the firmware, or any underlying algorithms or cryptographic keys.
  • Mock, spoof, or simulate data in an attempt to bypass security protocols, break the software's functionality, or analyze its internal architecture.
  • Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the Software.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright or trademark notices) of ProbeSync or its affiliates.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the Software and related documentation are securely owned by ProbeSync. The structure, sequence, and organization of the Software are the valuable trade secrets of ProbeSync.

4. Termination of Access

ProbeSync reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to terminate your license and revoke access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall ProbeSync be held liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.
